Cross Processing (X-Pro) is the technique of intentionally processing film in the ‘wrong’ chemicals. Usually, shooting slide film and processing it using colour negative chemicals (C-41). This procedure is fairly unpredictable, generally producing unusual colours and high contrast. I recently cross-processed a roll of Kodak EBX 100 slide film (shot on my Smena Symbol).
