Voice Looper

This is from a cheap keychain voice recorder from Poundland in Edinburgh. When the play button is pressed down it will continuously replay the recorded sound. I replaced the play push button with a toggle switch to loop the playback. I added a switch to select between the original microphone and a 1/4 inch line-in jack. I also wired an output jack.
I replaced this resistor with a potentiometer to adjust the speed and pitch of the loop. It is a tiny surface mount resistor so it was a little tricky to replace. When the pitch is down low you can record longer loops and reduce and distort the quality of the recording- in a good way.
